Download the ISO of your choice (TinyCore, CorePlus, or Core). Start VirtualBox, click on New, which will start the New Virtual Machine Wizard, and click Next.Enter a VM name, and select OS Type Linux version Linux 2.6.Select how much memory you want to use, remembering that TinyCore caches everything in memory, so the more memory, the better. TinyCore Builder for VMware View creates a very small Linux (TinyCore) disk image (iso) that includes Linux and VMware View Client 1.5 with a set of custom parameters that are selected via web interface. You can build your own customized iso image that boots into a pre-configured VMware View session.

Boot a system with tcl6.4 and least 1GB of RAM.
Install tce package for git
Clone git repository with building instructions and tools
Prepare the tiny core machine for building the tools
This script will install additional tce packages and get the open-vm-tools tarball from github.
Change user to root.
Start build script./build-and-install.sh
